A Midsummer's Night Shawl

I love playing with Variegated yarns and their co-ordinating colors. These two colors from Three Irish Girls are no exception. They play well together, mixing elements of texture and lace to produce a stunning piece that will see you through a Midsummer’s Night, no matter what your plans entail. Make sure that you block your shawl when you are finished- especially if you choose to use the Three Irish Girls McClellan yarn, a nice soak and block really opens up the eyelet stitches and the resulting drape from the bamboo is breathtaking

Finished Dimensions 
Approximately 80”/203.0 cm wide and 30”/76.0 cm long, after washing and blocking.

16 sts/32 rows = 4”/10 cm in Stockinette Stitch

Needles 
Size US 6 (4 mm), 32”/81.5 cm circular needle (or preferred cable size for working a large number of stitches flat) or size needed to obtain gauge. 
Supplies 
Four stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors.
